HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tampa, FL)

Stonegate Fox Community Partners is a Tampa charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grant reporting. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
