HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tampa, FL)

Cedar Yarrow Facilities is a facilities company in Tampa with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
