HR Business Partner - onboarding (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Cedar River Property Management and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
