HR Business Partner - onboarding (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Ashton Arts Center and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school partnerships. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
