HR Business Partner - onboarding (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Lantern Property Management is a St. Louis property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
