HR Business Partner - onboarding (St. Louis, MO)

Nova Glen Hospitality is a hospitality company in St. Louis with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
