HR Business Partner - onboarding (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Bright Lakeside Freight Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proof of delivery. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
