HR Business Partner - onboarding (St. Louis, MO)

Amberfield Hollow Energy is an energy provider in St. Louis focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage response. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
