HR Business Partner - onboarding (St. Louis, MO)

Fernwood Keystone Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in St. Louis with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
