HR Business Partner - onboarding (St. Louis, MO)

Rivermark Fox Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in St. Louis producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
