HR Business Partner - onboarding (St. Louis, MO)

Northwind Cedar Legal Group Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
