HR Business Partner - onboarding (St. Louis, MO)

Ironwood Pine Community Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grant reporting. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
