HR Business Partner - onboarding (St. Louis, MO)

Northwind Haven Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
