HR Business Partner - onboarding (Spokane, WA)

Highbridge Maple Housing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
