HR Business Partner - onboarding (Spokane, WA)

Cedar Bright Manufacturing makes precision components in Spokane, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
