HR Business Partner - onboarding (Spokane, WA)

Lumen Linden Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Spokane, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
