HR Business Partner - onboarding (Spokane, WA)

Summit Union Banking Services Partners provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Spokane, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
