HR Business Partner - onboarding (Spokane, WA)

Lumen Field Community Partners runs community programmes across Spokane, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer shifts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
