HR Business Partner - onboarding (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Nova Bridge Energy and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
