HR Business Partner - onboarding (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Hollow Freight Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
