HR Business Partner - onboarding (Spokane, WA)

Amberfield Willow Insurance is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on underwriting files. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
