HR Business Partner - onboarding (Spokane, WA)

Greenridge Birch Arts Center is an arts centre in Spokane with a full calendar of events, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on exhibitions. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
