HR Business Partner - onboarding (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Junction Press and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proofing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
