HR Business Partner - onboarding (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Summit River Markets and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
