HR Business Partner - onboarding (Seattle, WA)

Foxglove Forge Transit Planning Partners is a transit-planning firm in Seattle working with agencies and riders, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service alerts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
