HR Business Partner - onboarding (Seattle, WA)

Foxglove Haven Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Seattle. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
