HR Business Partner - onboarding (Seattle, WA)

Westbrook Nest Manufacturing makes precision components in Seattle, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
