HR Business Partner - onboarding (Savannah, GA)

Clearpath Maple Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Savannah and nearby communities. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
