HR Business Partner - onboarding (Savannah, GA)

Fernwood Rowan Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Savannah. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
