HR Business Partner - onboarding (Savannah, GA)

Clearpath River Press is a printer and publisher in Savannah serving local and national clients. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
