HR Business Partner - onboarding (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Meridian Banking Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 704 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
