HR Business Partner - onboarding (Savannah, GA)

Silverline Ashton Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Savannah, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
