HR Business Partner - onboarding (Savannah, GA)

Highbridge Lakeside Care Services Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 213 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with visit scheduling.
