HR Business Partner - onboarding (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Timber Property Management and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
