HR Business Partner - onboarding (Savannah, GA)

Harborlight Ridge Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Savannah producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
