HR Business Partner - onboarding (Savannah, GA)

Rivermark Wren Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Savannah, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 149 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
