HR Business Partner - onboarding (Savannah, GA)

Foxglove Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Savannah. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 968 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
