HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Jose, CA)

Redstone Field Staffing Group connects candidates and employers across the San Jose region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
