HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Jose, CA)

Rivermark Amber Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around San Jose. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
