HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Jose, CA)

Redstone Yarrow Inspection Services is an inspection company in San Jose with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
