HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Diego, CA)

Clearpath Stone Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around San Diego, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 605 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
