HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Diego, CA)

Silverline Timber Property Management looks after rental homes across the San Diego area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 965 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
