HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Diego, CA)

Amberfield Drift Hospitality Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
