HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Loom Auto Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
