HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Diego, CA)

Summit Sable Property Management looks after rental homes across the San Diego area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
