HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Diego, CA)

Stonegate Forge Freight is a San Diego logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on carrier rates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
