HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Diego, CA)

Clearpath Orchard Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around San Diego, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
