HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Diego, CA)

Silverline Vale Water Authority is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
