HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Wilder Early Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
