HR Business Partner - onboarding (San Diego, CA)

Amberfield Clear Arts Center is a cultural organisation in San Diego presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on event logistics. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
